RV RATES

Daily and Weekly Rates include water, sewer, and electric.

Monthly Rates include water, sewer, plus electric billed separately.

3 Month Rate: (Jan, Feb, Mar) $4020

Deposits: Weekly: $100, Monthly: $150, Less than a week: One-day non-refundable payment

Cancellation Policy: Two weeks or longer prior to arrival for refund + $50 Cancellation fee

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
• Reservations provide a site in the park but not necessarily a specific site
• No refund or exchange granted for early departure regardless of the reason

Deposits

• Daily: Pay one night’s stay at time of reservation
• Weekly: $100.00 deposit with the balance due at check-in
• 1 -6 Months: $150 deposit with the balance due at check-in

Cancellation

• 14 days or more days before arrival date, deposit refund minus $50.00 cancellation fee.
• No Show: Refund will not be granted

Check-in and Check-out

• RV Check-in Time: 1:00 PM, Check-out Time: 11:00AM
• Late Check-in: Late check-in is available 
• All campers, guests, and visitors must register upon arrival

• Only one RV may be left for onsite storage. No additional vehicles or trailers will be allowed on the site

• The storage fee is $230.00 per month paid in advance for the entire length of storage
• If electric is used must have on file a credit card to charge electric to each month
• We must have on file a reservation, with deposit, for a minimum of 6 months for the following winter season
• Once you arrive for your arrival reservation date you may not put your RV back into on-site storage until the end of your reserved stay. In other words no short-term storage.
• Sign a waiver of liability for the park
• The number of sites available for On-Site Storage is at the owner’s discretion
• All RV’s must be disconnected and all slides in unless the electric option is chosen.
• If you should decide to use your RV during the storage period you will be responsible for the applicable rental rate for the period of time you stay. The storage rate will not be pro-rated. Arriving earlier than your scheduled reservation date the applicable rate will apply with no pro-rating of the storage rate. If you decide not to come back the next season or pull your RV out early you forfeit the $200.00 deposit and all paid storage fees.

Other Important Information

• Site fees include a maximum of 2 people 
• Additional charge per person per day of $3.00 ($50.00 per month per person)
• Only one Camping Unit per site 
• $3.00 per day for each extra trailer or vehicle to be stored on our property
• All sites are 30/50 AMP electrical service
• No tent camping of any type
• All RV’s must be of commercial manufacture designed to be used for human habitation and fully self-contained
